There's no question you shouldn't ask... but here are a few we get every now and again. 

CUSTOMER CARE & ORDER FULFILLMENT

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED/FULFILLED?

Our items arrive between 2-3 business days after purchase. Our products are shipped from our South Florida location. For some products, there may be a delay due to an item being out of stock or another reason.

Keep in mind that this does include the shipping/delivery times. 

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFO?

It can take up to 24-48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive an email from one of our account executives once we print your shipping label to put on your box. The tracking number will AUTOMATICALLY be emailed to you. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?

You will receive you items 2-3 business days after purchase... sometimes sooner.

After your order has been fulfilled, you can expect to receive all of your item(s) from our U.S. warehouse within 2-3 business days after purchase... sometimes sooner.  The shipping time may be longer for specialty items, restocked apparel/merchandise, and popularly sold items.

All of our products are shipped from our South Florida location via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow up 2 weeks shipping for all international orders.

Yes! We do ship internationally with international shipping rates.
